Open Mic Event

This July, we invite you to a virtual open mic exploring the stories we are taught to believe as truth, the narratives we inherit, the ones we internalise, and the ones we choose to unlearn.

We will open with a quote from a book that speaks to this theme, offering a small gift of inspiration to carry with you. After a featured performance from our headliners – all past contributors to redrosethorns publications – we will open the floor to you.

Then, we will close with a final quote from the same book, leaving us with a thought to carry forward.

The only rule? Show up just as you are.
