Each issue challenges how societal norms and socialisation suppress individuality, autonomy, and self-worth, positioning self-care not as indulgence, but as an act of resistance and a tool for healing.

For Issue 07, we explore Postcards from the Past. This edition discusses the past, not as a place to stay, but as a landscape to revisit, re-examine, and reimagine. It asks: what have we carried?
