We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges on any jewellery items. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, however, we usually ship items within 3-5 days. (International customers: please allow two to four weeks for delivery - or longer during holiday periods). If you have any time concerns with receiving an item, please contact us and we would be happy to assist!

All domestic items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which are calculated by weight of item. While international items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

Customs and Import Taxes: We will gladly ship internationally. Though please note that buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
