Step into the spotlight and share what makes your heart sing. Whether it's a poem, a story, or a monologue, this open mic is your stage.

Our theme, “Finding Your Joy,” is a gentle thread we’ll follow throughout the event, and is not a requirement to share your work around this topic. To open the event, we’ll share an inspiring quote from a book that speaks to this theme, offering a small gift of inspiration to take with you.

After a featured performance from our headliner(s) who have been included in one of redrosethorns publications, we’ll open the floor. This is your stage. Share a poem, a story, whatever brings you joy to perform. All voices and styles are welcome.

We’ll then close our shared time together with another quote from the same book, leaving us with a final thought to carry forward.

The only rule? Come as you are.
