By submitting your work (including but not limited to writing, art, or other creative content) to redrosethorns, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your work.

2. Submission of Work

When you submit your work to redrosethorns, you:

• Confirm that the work is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

• Agree that we may edit your work for clarity, formatting, or length (with notification where possible).

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and promote your work on our website, social media, and affiliated platforms (including Substack) if you have been selected for publication with redrosethorns. (Please note: we will not share your work if you have not been selected for publication and/or without your permission.)

3. Automatic Subscription to Newsletters

By submitting your work, you automatically consent to being added to our mailing lists, which include:

• Monthly Newsletter – Updates on journal news, featured works, and editorial insights.

• Event & Open Submission Newsletters – Notifications about upcoming events, calls for submissions, and deadlines.

• Substack Mailing List – Weekly literary pieces published in redrosethorns journal.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting us directly at contact@redrosethorns.com.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including:
