Inspired from this, redrosethorns began an online journal publication with the intention of sharing conversations around mental health & wellness, gender/sexuality, self-care, and empowerment.
Conscious raising is an activity, commonly used by feminists, where individuals share their experiences to seek more awareness on social, personal, and political issues.
It has been one of the most effective ways to create unity, community, and bring attention to a wider group and broader problems that affect various demographics across the globe, by expressing who we are and our experiences. Conscious raising is also incredibly empowering as a result.
